Application

MicroTest Rig™ is a system for the analysis of microscale materials properties and behavior. It is a highly flexible platform giving you the ability to run tests from compression to tribology. Micro-Test Rig™ provides you with continuous and pure axial loading with nanometer sample positioning. It is vacuum compatible, and designed to easily mount inside the SEM chamber to acquire images and data in real-time!
