Power Technologies and Component Characterization for Air, Space and Weapons Applications

UES is currently under contract with USAF/AFRL/RZPA executing a program  that addresses the development, demonstration, characterization, modeling/analysis and optimization of advanced aerospace power technologies and components to assess their impact on the performance and size of military space-based and airborne weapons platforms. UES is pleased to extend and augment the R&D activity in the current contract by addressing the development, demonstration, characterization, modeling/analysis and optimization of INVENT-based subsystems and related technologies in addition to the scope of the existing program. Our work addresses the subtle effects of improvements in the performance of future tactical, long range strike and unmanned aircrafts as a result of the incorporation of INVENT-based technologies to current state-of-the-art in these vehicles. As a participant in the Spiral-1 Phase of the USAF Integrated Vehicle Energy Technology Development and Demonstration Program, UES will develop and demonstrate energy optimized aircraft architecture infrastructure by evaluating integrated hybrid vehicle subsystem technologies.
